We curate experiences for corporate teams, conferences, hens weekends, weddings and private groups. Choose corporate yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound bath or group fitness on its own, or a signature experience that pairs wellness with a wine tasting or spirits and cocktail masterclass.
We host in offices across the Sydney CBD, North Sydney and Parramatta, at harbourside function venues and hotels, and at private homes and short-stay accommodation for hens and celebrations. Our facilitators arrive with mats, equipment and everything needed, so your team or group only has to turn up.

Yes. We run in-office yoga, meditation, sound bath and our twenty-minute Reset in meeting rooms, breakout spaces and boardrooms across the Sydney CBD and surrounds. Meditation and sound bath can be done in work clothes.
What wellness and wine experiences do you offer in Sydney?
