How many guests can join an experience?
Private experiences are curated for two to 25 guests and can be booked online. A private hosting fee applies to smaller groups, covering the facilitator, set-up and travel that do not change with your numbers. Corporate bookings carry a ten-delegate minimum. Groups above 25 are curated as bespoke experiences, so send us a booking enquiry.
How much does a Wine Body & Spirits experience cost?
A wellness experience on its own, whether yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound bath or group fitness, starts from $49 per guest. Two-hour signature experiences, pairing movement with a curated tasting or cocktail masterclass, start from $129 per guest. Corporate wellness experiences without a tasting are priced per experience, from $495. Final rates depend on your numbers, your setting and what you pair the experience with, so tell us your details and we will send a tailored quote.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking four to six weeks ahead. Weekends between October and April book out earliest, so secure those dates sooner. Shorter notice is often possible, so it is always worth asking. Provisional dates are held for 48 hours and confirmed once your 50% deposit is received.
What happens if it rains?
Where we arrange your venue, both an indoor and an outdoor option are secured. Where you have booked your own venue or accommodation, we recommend confirming an indoor space at the same time as the lawn or outdoor area.
Is there a minimum age for guests?
Where your experience includes a tasting or a cocktail masterclass, all guests must be 18 or over. A wellness experience on its own includes no alcohol, so younger guests are welcome to join. The person or organisation making the booking is responsible for confirming every guest meets this requirement.
What is your cancellation and transfer policy?
Payments are non-refundable, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected. Instead, we offer transfers. Request a transfer in writing within seven days of cancelling and you receive a credit valid for 12 months. One reschedule is free with more than 14 days' notice. A $150 administration fee applies with less than 14 days' notice or for a second reschedule. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
