Our Philosophy is “balance”

I created Wine Body & Spirits to bring movement, connection and joy to people who love a good stretch, and a better sip. With a background in yoga and a love of wine, I bring both together and evolved the brand to incorporate more experiences that are as fun as they are grounding!

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Wine Body & Spirits?

Wine Body & Spirits is a mobile wellness and hospitality experiences business based in the Hunter Valley and Sydney. We host yoga, Pilates, meditation, sound bath and group fitness experiences, paired with curated wine, beer, spirits or cocktail tastings, for corporate teams, conferences, hens weekends, bridal parties and private groups. The business was founded by Shane Blackett.

Where can I book a Wine Body & Spirits experience?

You can book online in nine locations: Sydney and the Hunter Valley (NSW), Melbourne and the Yarra Valley (VIC), Adelaide and the Barossa / Adelaide Hills (SA), Brisbane and the Gold Coast (QLD) and Canberra (ACT). The Hunter Valley and Sydney are our home regions. For any other major Australian city or wine region, send us a booking enquiry.

Do you come to our office, venue or accommodation?

Yes. Every experience is mobile. We host in offices, boardrooms, conference venues, wineries, hotels and private accommodation, and we bring the facilitators, mats, props and sound equipment. Your venue provides the space, or we can recommend one of our partner venues.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a guided listening experience in which a facilitator plays crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes and gongs while guests lie or sit still. Guests do not need to move, change clothes or have any prior experience. Experiences typically run for 45 to 60 minutes and suit mixed-ability and mixed-age groups, including guests who would decline a yoga experience.
